A1: Double-check all your connectors are tight and inserted fully into the jacks. Then, especially if you are connected to a computer, check that you have connected to the proper audio jack, not to the microphone connector.
A2: Check the volume setting on your audio source. If this is set at Max you may be driving your audio source beyond its capabilities sending a distorted signal to your Auluxe speakers. Try turning the volume of the audio source down a little: to 90% of max.
