• Q1: I have plugged in my speakers, the LED is on, but they are not producing any sound.

    A1: Double-check all your connectors are tight and inserted fully into the jacks. Then, especially if you are connected to a computer, check that you have connected to the proper audio jack, not to the microphone connector.

  • Q2: I am experiencing high levels of audio distortion from Auluxe speakers from my mp3 player/CD player.

    A2: Check the volume setting on your audio source. If this is set at Max you may be driving your audio source beyond its capabilities sending a distorted signal to your Auluxe speakers. Try turning the volume of the audio source down a little: to 90% of max.

  • Q3: What size are the inputs and outputs on your radios?

    A3: Our jacks are 1/8 inch (3.5mm), stereo mini in size.
