    3. The Bluetooth pairing fuction starts once the NFC is established.

Product Operation Poor sound quality from a Bluetooth device

  • Possible solutions:
    1. Your Bluetooth device may be out of range. Try moving it closer to the Auluxe speaker.
    2. Make sure your Bluetooth device and/or you Auluxe speaker are not positioned near other devices that generate electromagnetic interference, e.g., cordless phones, microwave ovens, wireless routers, or other Bluetooth devices.
    3. Reduce the number of applications running on your Bluetooth device. Running multiple applications can reduce the amount of internal resources available to transmit audio. Closing non-essential applications may improve audio quality.
    4. Try turning off your device’s Wi-Fi®.
    5. Try unpairing and then re-pairing your Bluetooth device to your Auluxe speaker
    6. Turn the Auluxe speaker off and back on.

Product Operation Speaker indicates a connection, but is not playing music.

  • Possible solutions:
    1. Turn off or disable Bluetooth on all other paired devices nearby, then reconnect the source device you want to hear.
    2. Turn the Auluxe speaker off and on again.
    3. Make sure the transport controls of the audio device are set to playback audio.
    4. Make sure your Auluxe speaker is not muted, and the volume is up.
    5. Make sure your Bluetooth-enabled device is playing audio.
